INGREDIENTS: DRIED RASPBERRY LEAF (Rubus idaeus)
Preparation:
Measure: Add 2 tsp of dried leaves to a mug or teapot.
Pour: Add 1 cup (approx. 250 ml) of freshly boiled water.
Steep: Cover and let sit for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Serve: Strain and enjoy warm.
Not a substitute for a balanced diet.
