        • We accept all credit cards for online purchases, as well as ShopPay and GooglePay.
      • Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?
        • All order confirmations and receipts are emailed to you within 1 hour of your purchase! Contact croibotanicals@gmail.com if you need the confirmation resent.

      🔁 Returns & Refunds

      • What is your return policy?
        • If your product or herbs were bought online, then the individuals will have 14 days after they receive the order to inform us by sending an email to croibotanicals@gmail.com that they are returning it and can get a refund. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping packaging and any hygiene seals in place. You will only lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons, or the goods returned are used and damaged in any way.
        • Clients cannot return personalised items such as herbal teas/ herbal medicine tinctures solely because they are no longer wanted.
